The heat cranks up your heart rate, circulation and mental focus, delivering the best workout and meditation combo you'll ever experience.

This is not just another yoga class. It's a complete body transformation system that: Builds total-body strength, flexibility, and stamina; Systematically improves posture and spinal health; and enhances your yoga, sport, & fitness performance .
